Our Story
Born from Experience, Not Theory
Katie Raybourne (née Ray) has worked in international touring for nearly three decades. She spent 18 years with the London branch of Traffic Control Group / TCG London Ltd before going freelance as Tam Ray Touring. Raybourne Tours Ltd is the culmination of this extensive career and knowledge base, established to provide bespoke consultancy services to the entertainment industry.
During the course of the last 30 years, Katie has represented the United Kingdom on Trade Missions with UKTI, DCMS, and industry organisations including the MMF and the Musicians' Union. She has chaired panels and spoken at SXSW, ILMC, In The City, and other high-profile industry events.
Throughout her career, Katie has worked closely with industry bodies to represent artists' needs to a range of governments and authorities worldwide. That depth of relationship — with embassies, immigration officials, and the touring community — is what sets Raybourne Tours apart.
